My Mission
I’m Ashley Joan Robson, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, a Pilates/yoga instructor, and dancer. I provide professional nutrition coaching services for people struggling with fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and body composition goals. Growing up in a world full of conflicting information, I understand how hard it can be to remain at optimal health. For many years I was also struggling trying to find the solutions to feel and look my best until I enrolled and graduated from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I am here to help guide and educate you on how you can reach your most desired health goals. Holistic nutrition focuses on the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit while balancing the top body systems through nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle support restoring overall health and wellness.

My Story
Growing up I have struggled with my weight. At the age of 8 I started to gain weight around my stomach and was very self-conscious about it. I asked my doctor about it, and he told me to eat lots of fruits & vegetables. A friend gave me a Pilates video and that summer along with jogging I trimmed down. I continued to thrive as a dancer but always had to watch what I ate. I remember being 16 and my dance teacher telling me that I looked like I had gained weight around my stomach. I couldn’t figure out why my dance friends could eat the same thing, but they didn’t gain weight.

During my dance college years at SUNY Purchase in New York, my 1st year I had Mononucleosis. I remember no matter how much sleep I got the night before it didn’t matter because the next day, I would feel exhausted. This was a very challenging time for me as in college we had dance 4-6 hours per day. My health issues started to slowly worsen every year during college with no periods, more fatigue, headaches, acne on my forehead, and weight gain.
In 2019 I decided to stay home and take the year off from college. I began seeing doctors of all kinds in the USA and Canada including MDs, functional medicine doctors as well as naturopaths. This is what led me down the path of food, nutrition, and healing. I began to uncover and understand the connections between lifestyle, food, exercise, and health. In 2021 I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and in 2022 I enrolled at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to further my studies in health and nutrition. I am happy to say that with all my gained knowledge, nutrition, and lifestyle changes, I feel 100 times better than I did in my years at college.
Reflecting on my 20+ years of dancing I was not fully educated on nutrition, how to eat to improve performance, how to increase energy levels, and how to lose weight healthily. I now have a strong desire and mission to help others receive the guidance they need that I didn’t have growing up. I want people to have plenty of energy throughout their days, reach their body composition goals, know what/how to eat as well as understand how lifestyle affects health.

Many of our conventional body care products are full of toxic and harmful chemicals that negatively impact our health. I created Ashley’s Organics as a clean, non-toxic alternative that provides many health benefits to our skin and bodies. I currently make organic salves and lip balms. Healing Calendula Salve
Salves are a soothing medicinal ointment mixture that is applied to the skin to heal imbalances. For this salve I soaked calendula in jojoba oil and put it out in the sun to extract the medicinal properties of the calendula. Calendula is great for many skin conditions, reducing inflammation and protecting the skin barrier. Beeswax and shea butter hydrates, soothes, and calms the skin. Vitamin E oil helps preserve the salve and has antioxidant properties, neutralizing free radicals and lowering inflammation. I used lavender, bergamot and ylang ylang essential oils. This specific combination deeply helps relax your nervous system but also has a very uplifting and refreshing scent which is great for anyone with low mood and anxious thoughts.
Healing Calendula Face Serum
Healing calendula face serum – I call it liquid gold ✨This serum has a blend of many oils including calendula infused jojoba oil, rosehip seed oil, prickly pear oil, sea buckthorn seed oil & vitamin E oil. These oils help ease overall inflammation of the skin, while softening, soothing, hydrating, moisturizing & brightening the skin barrier. I added lavender, chamomile & ylang ylang essential oils a beautiful blend to help calm the nervous system, ease anxiety/stress while improving overall mood & sleep. I can’t wait for you to try it!
Creamy Peppermint Lip Chap
All natural, organic lip chap with the aroma of peppermint. Beeswax deeply hydrates and nourishes the lips. Coconut oil contains fatty acids to keep the lips moist while providing a protective barrier. Coconut oil also contains lauric acid which has antimicrobial properties. Vitamin E oil keeps the lips plump, heals, and moisturizes. Peppermint essential oil is soothing, stimulates circulation and helps heal cracked lips.

Movement Classes
Health & wellness is not just about what you eat but also how you move your body. From the age of three I have been expressing myself through movement. I have gained an incredible amount of movement knowledge throughout my 20+ dance years, as well as Pilates/yoga training and would like to share my passion for movement with you. My movement classes are a series of low-impact exercises that build strength, improve posture, and support the mind-body connection. You will work through a series of exercises to strengthen and lengthen the muscles, using your breath to help facilitate movement while calming your nervous system.
